Having trouble accessing your account? We're here to help.

How Authentication Works

Urge Surfer uses secure authentication through Replit. This means:

  • No passwords to remember: You sign in using your Replit account
  • Secure access: Your data is protected by Replit's security systems
  • Easy sign-in: Just click "Sign In" and you'll be redirected to Replit
Common Sign-In Issues
Session Expired

If you've been inactive for a while, your session may have expired.

Solution: Simply click "Sign In" again to start a fresh session.

Browser Issues

Sometimes browser cookies or cache can cause authentication problems.

Solution: Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Pop-up Blocked

Some browsers block the authentication pop-up window.

Solution: Allow pop-ups for this site or try a different browser.

Multiple Accounts

If you have multiple Replit accounts, make sure you're using the right one.

Solution: Sign out of Replit completely, then sign back in with the correct account.
